ISMG to Team with Cyber Security Summit, Brazil Launching CyberEdTalks

March 5, 2018 – Information Security Media Group, the leading media provider to the information security community, announces the launch of CyberEdTalks.

This series of events will build on ISMG’s successful global summits and executive roundtable series offered in over 75 cities worldwide. In 2017 alone, more than 200 events were held globally across 4 continents.

ISMG will launch CyberEdTalks in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on July 27-28, when it hosts the Cyber Security Summit. Rafael Narezzi, a specialist in cybersecurity with more than 20 years of experience, will chair the event.

“It is an honor to chair the Cybersecurity Summit, Brazil for the second year in a row and to work with ISMG to launch the CyberEdTalks brand,” Narezzi says. “With the combination of ISMG’s experience and our knowledge and relationships in the local market, including the ability to translate in English and Portuguese, this will be the must-attend security event in all of Latin America.”

The exhibit hall at the event in Brazil will feature technology and information security vendors from around the world offering solutions that address the challenges security practitioners face. The event will provide exhibitors with a platform to deliver key messages to senior leaders from throughout the region.

Hundreds of vendors, including IBM, RSA, CA Technologies, TrendMicro, Oracle and Cisco, support ISMG’s events worldwide, exhibiting their latest product offerings, making educational presentations and meeting with security professionals eager to learn more.

Narezzi and his expansive team in Brazil will develop content for the July event. ISMG’s global editorial team, along with CISOs and others on its board of advisers, will also be involved in planning content and making presentations.

The CyberEdTalks series will offer a forum for senior professionals – CEOs, CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and CROs – as well as directors, IT analysts and other security experts to discuss emerging cyber threats and ways to mitigate them.
