ISMG Partners With CyCube to Advance AI-Driven Cyber Resilience and Education

Princeton, NJ, and Tel Aviv, Israel – Information Security Media Group (ISMG), a global intelligence and education company focused exclusively on cybersecurity, IT and AI, today announced a strategic investment in CyCube, an Israel-based startup delivering adaptive, AI-powered labs and cyber resilience assessments.

This strategic partnership will integrate CyCube’s hands-on simulation technology into CyberEd.io, ISMG’s education platform, while unlocking new applications across ISMG’s global media, research, community and events ecosystem. Together, the two companies will help organizations move beyond awareness-based learning toward continuous, outcome-based resilience – supporting security teams in skill validation, risk mitigation and measurable capability development.

Partnership Highlights

  • AI-Powered, Hands-On Training: CyCube’s real-time labs and adaptive assessments simulate evolving threats and test true defensive readiness.
  • Event-Driven Learning Intelligence: CyCube will draw on insights and threat data from ISMG’s 400+ annual events to continuously update learning pathways.
  • Global Reach and Embedded Context: Through ISMG’s 2M+ subscribers, 38 media brands, and executive community (CyberEdBoard), content will be aligned to the latest regional and sector-specific needs.
  • Workforce Development at Scale: The partnership will support enterprise, government, and academic use cases, building modular, role-based learning paths that reflect real-world priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Enablement: With the support of ISMG’s marketing services arm, Xtra Mile, and video production division, ISMG.Studio, CyCube will accelerate brand growth and customer acquisition across markets.

Deepening Impact Through Event-Linked Curriculum

As part of the integration, ISMG’s flagship cybersecurity summits, including Nullcon, OTsec, CS4CA, ManuSec and Hardwear.io, will serve as living labs. Top insights, incidents and techniques shared during these events will be distilled into contextual labs and assessments inside CyCube’s platform. This allows enterprise and government learners to practice and validate the latest skills, not in isolation, but directly informed by the realities facing practitioners today.

We are living in an era where cybersecurity readiness can no longer be theoretical, said Sanjay Kalra, founder and CEO of ISMG. “Organizations don’t just need to know best practices – they need to prove, measure and continuously evolve their teams’ ability to defend against real-world threats. CyCube brings an unprecedented level of adaptability and practical intelligence to cyber education. Paired with ISMG’s global community and threat insights, this partnership can help change how we build resilience at scale.

From Awareness to Action: The Cyber Learning Shift

Cybersecurity training is undergoing a dramatic shift away from static, compliance-driven awareness toward personalized, immersive learning that maps directly to job roles and real-world threats. Recent research from McKinsey and ISC2 highlights that up to 60% of cybersecurity talent gaps are capability-based, not headcount-based, underscoring the need for platforms that train smarter, not just more.

“CyCube was created to make cyber readiness measurable, adaptive and relevant,” said Etti Berger, CEO and co-founder of CyCube. “By partnering with ISMG, we now connect our AI-first platform with unparalleled access to real-time practitioner insight, community intelligence and distribution. This allows us to evolve faster and deliver higher-impact learning wherever security teams are.”

Supporting Innovation in Israel’s Cybersecurity Ecosystem

This marks ISMG’s second major investment in Israel. In 2022, ISMG acquired Xtra Mile, a B2B life cycle marketing company with deep roots in the Israeli tech and cybersecurity ecosystem. Israel continues to lead in applied cybersecurity innovation, ranking among the top five countries globally in cybersecurity startup formation and funding, and home to elite units such as IDF 8200, which has produced world-renowned cyber entrepreneurs.

ISMG’s continued investment reflects its belief in Israel’s unique blend of technical depth, threat-driven innovation and global commercial scale.
