ISMG Successfully Co-Hosts the Intelligent Enterprise Forum 2025 With Microsoft, Intel and Ingram Micro
Industry Leaders Come Together to Turn AI Vision Into Measurable Business Outcomes
Mumbai, India – ISMG successfully co-hosted the Intelligent Enterprise Forum, in partnership with Microsoft, Intel and Ingram Micro in Mumbai, earlier this month. With over a hundred senior business and technology leaders from diverse industries participating, the forum discussed one of the most pressing questions of the digital age: How can artificial intelligence move from hype to measurable business outcomes?
With the theme “From Boardroom Vision to Business Impact,” the forum highlighted the transition of AI from experimental technology to an essential component of enterprise leadership and competitive differentiation, underscoring how forward-looking organizations are embedding AI directly into daily workflows, fostering agility, productivity and innovation across business functions.
“AI’s value lies not in potential but in execution. The true leaders of tomorrow will be those who can translate vision into action and experimentation into measurable impact,” said Rahul Neel Mani, vice president, community engagement and editorial at ISMG.
Industry leaders and technology experts emphasized the shift of AI from the cloud to the device level. Vineet Nambudiri, director, commercial category at Microsoft, shared insights into how the company is driving this transition through the Copilot+ PC, a next-generation device powered by neural processing units (NPUs) and Windows 11. Microsoft projects that by 2026, half of all commercial PCs will be Copilot+ units.
PP Sunil Acharya, senior director, global accounts at Intel, presented the Intel Core Ultra AI PC, and also highlighted Intel’s vPro platform, the only silicon security framework validated against MITRE ATT&CK standards, aimed at helping enterprises safeguard against emerging threats such as deepfakes and shadow AI.
The forum served both as a platform for ideas and an experiential showcase with nearly all attendees interacting with hands-on demo booths featuring leading OEMs like Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer and Samsung. Each booth displayed AI-powered Copilot+ PCs with Intel processors, drawing significant interest from enterprise technology leaders eager to incorporate AI capabilities into their organizations.
The emphasis on security, leadership and AI execution resonated particularly well, as leaders across sectors – from banking to consulting and technology – acknowledged the urgent need to transition from experimentation to scalable deployment. Participants particularly appreciated the blend of strategic discussion and practical demonstration.
One of the forum’s standout moments was Captain Raghu Raman’s keynote, “The Human Bottleneck: Culture Eats AI for Breakfast.” He made a compelling case that most transformation efforts fail not because of bad technology, but because of organizational culture. Real change requires leadership that builds trust, breaks down silos and walks the talk, he said. “People don’t follow instructions; they follow actions.”
The discussions culminated in a clear consensus: the age of AI experimentation is over. The next phase belongs to enterprises that can operationalize AI efficiently, embed it into their workflows, and nurture organizational cultures that embrace change.
“One of our core missions is to continuously educate the community and foster a collaborative ecosystem where leaders can navigate critical and emerging technology trends,” said Varun Haran, managing director for Asia and Middle East at ISMG. “We are embracing our role at the forefront of the AI revolution. Through programs such as the Intelligent Enterprise Forum – one among our 400+ events across the globe – and various other adjacent ISMG initiatives such as CyberEd.io and the CyberEdBoard community, we remain committed to continuous innovation, and equipping technology leaders with the authoritative insights needed to thrive in this new era.”
The success of the Intelligent Enterprise Forum reinforces ISMG’s commitment to fostering meaningful conversations at the intersection of technology, leadership and transformation.
